I set up an account for urself, I've pm'ed him the login data.

3. Can't reply to a specific post by number. Can only quote. (What if I don't want to quote?!?!?!?!)

Dunno what security software you might be running that could block javascript or sorts.

It should work, but the host is rather crappy and has caused problems before.

replying to post numbers is unfortunately something from RT.com, afaik it's not a standard possibility in a phpbb3 forum.

Only thing I can think of is trying to clear cookies and/or browser cache, and I kind of doubt that will do the trick.

Provide things you have a problem with and not just some bs of "it's fail". There's no way to unfail what someone things is fail is the person him/herself fails by failing to provide proper reasons or issues.

Luke didn't use a special power for the investigation. He hadn't even checked if he had one by that point. So, I don't know who it was. Maybe Kevin himself?
